We do both fixed monthly retainers and project-based pricing. First consultation is always free though, and we'll give you a straight answer about costs before you commit to anything. Most of our clients actually work with us virtually - welcome to 2025, right? We use Zoom, secure file sharing, cloud accounting software, the whole deal. Some people like meeting in person for the initial consultation or quarterly reviews, and that's cool too. We're in Vancouver but work with clients across BC and beyond. As long as you're comfortable with video calls and digital tools, location's not really an issue.

Haha, no judgment here - we've seen it all. Shoeboxes full of receipts, three years of unfiled returns, completely mixed personal and business expenses, you name it. That's literally what we're here for. Yeah, cleanup takes some work, but we'll get you sorted. The fact that you're reaching out means you're already ahead of where you were yesterday.
